Question 1: When can I get the quotation?
A1: We usually quote within 1 hours after getting your inquiry. If you are very urgent, please contact us by phone,

Question 2: How can I pay for my order? / What’s your payment terms?
A2: Alibaba’s Trade Assurance is always the best option to offer good service between us. What is Trade Assurance? And How to use it? Pls ask me to offer you the Guide Book :) Others like T/T, Western union, MoneyGram, Credit card(Visa;MasterCard) etc is Acceptable.
Question 3: Can I order a sample to check the quality?
A3: Samples are welcome to try. And for most of our products, the price difference between the sample and the bulk can be deducted from bulk :)
Question 4: How long can I get my order when I paid for it?
A4: For sample or small quantity: 1-3 working days. Usually We will ship via Express by FedEx, DHL, TNT etc. You will receive it in 3-5 days. For bulk, pls contact with our sales for different case, thank you in advance :)
Question 5: How long do you offer for after-sales services?
A5: Most of our products are guaranteed for 1 year, but contact with our sales for different case, more details are welcomed :)
