Question 1: When can I get the quotation?
A1: We usually quote within 1 hours after getting your inquiry. If you are very urgent, please contact us by phone,

Question 2: How can I pay for my order? / What’s your payment terms?
A2: Alibaba’s Trade Assurance is always the best option to offer good service between us. What is Trade Assurance? And How to useit? Pls ask me to offer you the Guide Book :) Others like T/T, Western union, MoneyGram, Credit card(Visa;MasterCard) etc is Acceptable.
Question 3: Can I order a sample to check the quality?
A3: Samples are welcome to try. And for most of our products, the price difference between the sample and the bulk can be deducted from bulk.
Question 4: How long can I get my order when I paid for it?
A4: For sample or small quantity: 1-3 working days. Usually We will ship via Express by FedEx, DHL, TNT etc. You will receive it in 3-5 days. For bulk, pls contact with our sales for different case, thank you in advance :)
Question 5: How long do you offer for after-sales services?
